This page is designed to register the Team and Players.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PLAYERS

  • Play by the Rules and within the spirit of the game;
  • Maintain your focus and work hard for yourself and your team;
  • Be a good sport and be prepared to acknowledge good play whether it is from your team or the opposition;
  • Treat all players as you would like to be treated. Do not interfere with, bully or take unfair advantage of another player;
  • Cooperate with your coach, teammates and opponents. Without them, there would be no competition;
  • Play for your own enjoyment, and not just to please parents and coaches;
  • Remove all jewellery prior to training and match play, as it is a hazard to you and those around you;
  • Do not accept or use any banned or unauthorised drug(s), including the consumption of alcohol at any time.
  • Play to enjoy the game, not to satisfy  others
  • Always do your best
  • Play by the rules
  • Never argue or complain about calls or decisions of the referee
  • Control your emotions, and most of all,   resist the temptation to get revenge when you feel you have been fouled.   Let the referee be the judge of someone else’s intent.
  • Be a good athlete,   applauding all the good plays, whether from your team orof the rival team
  • Respect and treat all players the way you would like to be treated
  • Cooperate as best as possible with your team members, your coaches, your opponents, and the referee.

Responsibilities of the Club

  1. The club must promote the educational objectives and missions and avoid compromising the principles, integrity, and dignity of the clubs.
  2. Club should not ask for special considerations for their Team and players.
  3. Players and Team data and reports must be kept confidential and used for official purposes only.
  4. Club must follow sports policies ( policy developed by the Government of Nepal) on obtaining funds and compensation from professional activities and sponsorships.
  5. Club should discuss their problems with their directors in a professional manner and then support their decisions in the club’s rules and regulations.
  6. Club must immediately notify their sports directors or their respective bosses of any situation that violates the rules of the club, league.

Referees

  1. Coaches must not publicly or privately criticize the referees and must follow the club’s rules regarding comments on the refereeing. Impartial and competent referees are essential to the success of any competition.
  2. Coaches should attend referee meetings whenever possible to discuss the rules. They should also encourage the referees to discuss the rules with their team.
  3. Coaches should never use video in public to check disputable decisions made by a referee. Criticisms of the referees must be made in writing to the competent body.
  4. Coaches must not incite the players or the public against the referees.

  Coaches Responsibilities

  1. Coaches must avoid any behavior considered physically or verbally abusive.
  2. Coaches must avoid any discussion with the opposing bench.
  3. The local coaches must meet before the game with the visitor and check that their stated needs are met.
  4. Coaches must fulfill their contractual obligations unless released by club decisions or by mutual agreement. If a coach decides to finish his task, he must communicate it appropriately and give the club facilities to avoid indirect damage to the team.
  5. Coaches must respect professional relationships with colleagues, associations, the press, and the public. Conflicts of interest and exploitation of these relationships must be avoided.
  6. Coaches must perform their duties based on proper preparation, ensuring that their instructions are adequate.
  7. Coaches must continually seek new opportunities for their professional and educational advancement.
  8. Coaches must stay fit and in top condition in the proper aspects of futsal.
  9. Coaches should seek advice from teammates and colleagues when it is to the benefit of the players.
  10. Relationships with players’ agents must be correct, always in the best interests of the players.
  11. Coaches should not receive compensation from professional teams for talent discovery or transfer negotiations.
  12. A coach must not solicit or promote sexual relations with any minor on his team.
  13. The behavior and values ​​of the coach must give credit to his program, the club, the institutions, and futsal.

Good conduct is morally correct behavior in sports

Being a good athlete requires more than just being good.   To be a good athlete, you need to be proactive when the situation calls for it.   Being a good athlete is not something that is born to you or that just happens.   It is up to you to be a leader, and to achieve this, inside and outside of the playing field
